LESCO declared the Peak hours for the consumers for the whole year. The extra tariff charges are applied and unit rates increases in the peak timings.
Consumers who want to save electricity should turn-off extra electrical devices during the peak hours.

Schedule of Electricity Tariffs for residential consumers effective from 26-July-2023 is given below. This schedule shows the unit price for peak hours and off-peak hours.
All LESCO consumers are advised to check the unit rates for peak and off-peak times and get aware about the number of units they consumed in each month. It will help you to reduce LESCO electricity Bill.
Consumers can conserve the electricity during peak hours by following these steps:
- Always turn off lights, equipment, and other electrical appliances while they are not in use.
- Instead of conventional electric bulbs, use florescent and mercury vapor lamps or LED lights.
- Use the appropriate capacitor size for fans and motors, as well as inductive loading.
