How to Get New Connection from LESCO?

If any person wants to apply for a new connection from LESCO, Simply go to Electricity New Connection System (ENC) and select the LESCO as a distribution company and fill-up the details of Connection Type and Applicant Particulars.

Also, you can manually submit the request for new connection with the required documents to your nearest LESCO office and follow the instructions from the concerned staff.

After successful submission of the application, the applicant needs to pay the demand notice and an electricity meter will be issued and installed within a certain time frame.

LESCO Customer Service

LESCO has several customer service centers for different areas of Lahore and the cities served by Lahore Electric Supply Company. The Central Customer Service Center is located in LESCO Headquarter on Queens Road, Lahore. Consumers can check their relevant Customer service center with address and phone number to sort out their queries.

Customer Complaint Management System

LESCO Consumers can raise their complaints on CCMS which is handled by Power Information Technology Company. Complaints can be made by:

Moreover, Customer complaints will be solved within 14 days from the date of receipt and consumers may track their complaint status on the CCMS portal.

Safety Guidelines from LESCO

LESCO consumers should follow the below listed safety guidelines to avoid Electric shocks, short circuits and risk of faults in electrical devices:

  • Never use bare wires or conducting elements for any electric device, as naked wires may result in Electric shocks.
  • Always use proper plugs and switches for all electric equipment and devices.
  • Never hang wet clothes on the electricity cables, which may cause serious concerns.
  • It is recommended to use the Automatic Voltage Regulator with delayed start for refrigerators and Televisions or LCD Displays.
  • Always input the Air conditioner plug in socket connected with Circuit Breakers at the backend.
  • Do not touch the conducting or metallic parts of washing machines, motors and pedestal fans prior to remove the electricity connections.
  • Utilize proper fuses to avoid risk of faults due to Voltage fluctuation in your electrical devices.
